Example: "Hello from Vista Auto Auction! Your vehicle appraisal request for [Year/Make/Model] is complete. View details here: [Link]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

Message frequency varies depending on your transaction activity and request volume. Our texts come from 805-697-0579.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Vista Auto Auction through any of the following methods:

  • Direct text message initiation sent from your mobile device to us (you message us first).

  • Checking the optional SMS consent box on our Contact Us form when you submit it. The box is not pre-checked, and you may submit the form without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

  • Replying YES in a Facebook Marketplace conversation with us when we ask whether we may text you about your vehicle at the mobile number you gave us. Any other answer, or no answer, means we will not text you.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our text messaging distribution list.
