These terms cover your use of vistaautoauction.com and your communications with Vista through our Facebook Page and any connected Vista messaging application. Our website and services are intended for adults.
What Vista does
Vista buys vehicles directly from private owners and works with dealers through Turn Automotive’s wholesale marketplace. Our website and messaging channels provide information about Vista and help people ask questions, request appraisals and communicate about potential vehicle sales.
Requesting or completing an appraisal does not guarantee an offer, a particular price or a purchase. Any vehicle transaction is governed by the separate agreements and documents for that transaction. These website and messaging terms do not replace or change those agreements.
Information you provide
Please provide accurate information about yourself, your authority to sell a vehicle and the vehicle’s condition, ownership and title or loan status. Tell us if information you previously provided changes or needs correction. Only submit information and photos you are entitled to share.
Please do not send driver’s license copies, Social Security numbers, bank details, payment credentials or signed title documents through Facebook or other social messages. Ask us how to provide documents needed for a transaction through the appropriate process.
Use our website and messaging channels for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information or interfere with these services.
Messages and text messages
You can tell us by Facebook, email or phone that you no longer want messages about your vehicle.
Vista’s text-message program is being prepared and is not currently available. When available, it will require your consent and be governed by our SMS Terms. You do not have to agree to texts to request an appraisal or sell us your vehicle. Turn Automotive’s own texts are governed by Turn’s SMS Policy.
Other services and privacy
Facebook, Turn Automotive and other services linked from our website have their own terms and policies. Please review those when using their services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information and how to request access, correction or deletion.
Changes and contact
We will post revisions here and update the effective date.
